IS7 Game Not Working? Fix All Common Problems

Force stop the app: Go to Settings → Apps → IS7 Game / IN7 → Force Stop, then reopen.

Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → IS7 Game → Storage → Clear Cache. (This does NOT delete your account or progress.)

Restart your phone and try opening IS7 Game again.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection — IS7 Game requires internet to load.

If the problem persists, uninstall the app and re-download the latest in7.apk from this site.

The APK file may be corrupted or incompletely downloaded. Delete the file and download it again.

Make sure 'Install Unknown Apps' is enabled for your browser or file manager. (See our APK Install Guide.)

Uninstall any previous version of IS7 Game / IN7 before installing the new APK.

Check you have at least 200MB of free storage on your device.

Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox) to re-download the APK file.

Double-check your mobile number is entered correctly with the correct country code.

Check your internet connection — login requires a working internet connection.

If you forgot your password, use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen.

Try clearing the app cache (Settings → Apps → IS7 Game → Clear Cache) and try again.

If you receive an OTP but it does not work, wait 60 seconds and request a new OTP.

Contact IS7 Game support via their official Telegram channel if the problem continues.

Your Android version may be too old. IS7 Game requires Android 7.0 or higher.

Your device may have insufficient RAM. Close other apps running in the background before opening IS7 Game.

Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → IS7 Game → Storage → Clear Cache.

Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the APK from this site.

Make sure your device has at least 500MB of free storage space.

Check your internet connection. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi (or vice versa) to see if the issue is network-related.

Restart your router or turn Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds and off again to refresh your connection.

IS7 Game servers may be undergoing maintenance. Wait 10–15 minutes and try again.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it — some VPNs interfere with IS7 Game's connection.

Clear the app cache and try again.

IS7 Game is not on the Play Store, so it does not update automatically. You need to manually download the latest in7.apk.

Visit this site and tap the Download button to get the latest version.

Before installing the update, you do NOT need to uninstall the old version — the new APK will update it automatically.

If the update fails, uninstall the old version first, then install the new APK.
